I am not familiar with the other sandal, but I love my Keen H2. I havent gone hiking in them but I can tell you they work great for kayaking.

I have heard some say order half size larger, other say do not. All I can tell you is that I normally wear a 10.5 and ordered an 11 and they fit great. I wear them around water and wouldnt want them so tight they rub.

Yes this hat is adjustable! If you buy a looser fitting hat, you can use a clip in the back of the hat to tighten the headband.

Yes it is adjustable! There is a clip in back of the hat to tighten the headband. Also there is a chin strap that is also adjustable of course.
