Yes, I find that the leggings ride up quite a bit and that the waistband is way too tight. I'm 5'2" and I've found that I have to roll down the band (although since the elastic is very thin compared to other brands, they don't stay down well). Also since the waist was so tight I went up a size and now have baggier-than-desired leggings. I much prefer my Arcteryx merino leggings. I have written Icebreaker to give them suggestions.
