Oregon coast, Cascade Range Mtns., Oregon/Washington, Mexico, Colorado (sometimes.)
  • Bio:

Surfing is my #1 passion followed closely by skiing/AT skiing. I live in a wonderful place that allows me to do both of those things within an hour or so from where I reside. I also enjoy backpacking and just about all other water sports.

Karhu Storm BC Telemark Ski

September 7, 2009

I've been acquiring an AT set-up for the last yr. and now all I need are the skis. I have BD Method boots, dynafit bindings and was considering the g3 saint or reverend, or the Karhu storm/storm BC. I would have already bought the saints, but I can't find my size anywhere anymore. (177 or so) I spend my ski time 1/2 BC and 1/2 resort. Any suggestions?

G3 Saint Ski

February 21, 2009

I demo-ed the Dynafit Manaslu last month. It's 95mm in the waist and has a rockered shovel that helps turn initiation in tight situations. Really great edge grip, light swing weight.
