Just take the liner out. You will see velcro panels on the sides of the liner. Just velcro the J-bars to the side of the liners, put em back in and your good to go.

To get them molded instantly then yes you need to take them to a shop. However they will gradually mold to the shape of your foot over time by using the heat off of your foot. The choice is yours.
