Have skied these East and West this season

G3 Spitfire Ski

G3 Spitfire Ski

Rating for this product: 4 February 20, 2009

I just switched from my K2 SuperStinx to the Spitfire this season. After skiing a week out west at Big White, I found the Spitfire to be a much quieter ride - smooth and steady on the relatively hard packed groomed runs (no fresh to be seen in my week out west)

In Ontario the conditions are mostly very hard packed or ice. The Spitfires have preformed well here too. Not too much chatter on the icy terrain.

My only wonder is if I got one size too long. I have the 184cm and I am 6ft. G3 Says these are the right size but I wonder if the 174's would have been easier to handle??
