Good, but annoying pocket...

Outdoor Research Swift T-Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's

Outdoor Research Swift T-Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 November 10, 2009

The shirt performs well, but the pocket is irritating on my side. The pocket is a bit bulky when you don't need it. It's nice to have if I need to carry a key, but I always have a water bladder or backpack with me for that...
Overall, good shirt, but just know there is a zippered pocket sewn into the side. It would be worthwhile to have a picture of it in the description...

Columbia Omni-Dry Mountain Tech T-Shirt - Long-Sleeve - Men's

November 10, 2009

Ounces? Sorry, no idea... But I can vouch that it is rather light for the level of performance. I have used it on many backpacking trips. Personally, I think you can cut ounces more effectively on shelters and sleeping bags instead of a base layer.

Sorry, if this doesn't answer your question...

I have six different colors of this shirt and love them all... They work well as a baselayer, but look nice enough to wear as outerwear too. They perform great in all conditions... the perfect long sleeve multitool shirt!

I have 8 white shirts that I use for my everyday undershirts and four other colors that I use for other assorted uses... This shirt is a true multitool! I wear these shirts everyday as an undershirt. I wear the other colors as my single top layer for backpacking. They perform great AND look great! What else do you need?

Great shirt!

Love this sweater! I got my first one on Steep and Cheap and promptly bought another one here! This shirt performs well with an undershirt or as the baselayer. I have sensitive skin and the wool doesn't irritate my skin at all.

I love this sort of shirt that I can use as a multitool... Additionally, it performs great technically and also looks great as a normal shirt. Go for it! You won't be disappointed!
