First Kayak

Heritage Kayaks FeatherLite 9.5 Kayak

Heritage Kayaks FeatherLite 9.5 Kayak

Rating for this product: 5 March 23, 2009

This is my first kayak. My biggest concern was if I would be paddling all day or doing the breast stroke. My question was answered the first time on the water; as stable as advertised. Of course, my novice technique leaves a lot to be desired, but I can keep it heading in the right direction without too much effort. I use it mainly for fishing and its maneuverability is a huge bonus. Nice little yak.
