My daughter is 5'7 and long arems and torso and wears an adult small and it fits perfect. I think a small should fit, but the medium might be better.

the large should be good, the xl will be too boxy otherwise the adult small will be better but more expensive

I would go with the adult small. It has the drawstrings at the waist and won't be so boxy like the ked sizes.
