Forum Grudge Snowboard

February 18, 2009

It will be awesome. It is their highest end freestyle board. This is the main board you will see all their backcountry freestyle guys riding. Like Pat Moore, Joni Malmi, and Peter line. Still has a bit of a directional shape so it will float good in the pow, but you can still get all freestyle on it. It will ride everything real well.

Burton Supermodel Snowboard

February 18, 2009

Well the Supermodel X has pretty much the same core setup as the custom X. So it will ride much stiffer than the regular supermodel. If you want something to handle all conditions, stick with the regular supermodel, it will be much more forgiving.

Burton Feelgood Snowboard - Women's

February 18, 2009

Depends on what you are going to be using it for. If it is going to be for freeride/pow riding then it will be awesome. If you are going to be using it for more freestyle/park riding, then the extra length may hinder you.

Salomon F20 Snowboard Boot - Men's

February 17, 2009

For sure a 12.5 would be good. Snowboard boots just as a general rule pack out about a quarter to half a size. So the smaller the better.

The North Face Nuptse Down Jacket - Women's

February 17, 2009

Yes it can. The washing instructions will be included on the tag of the jacket. Also I would suggest washing and treating it with Nikwax to restore the waterproofing on it. Here is the link for that stuffhttp://www.backcountry.com/store/NIK0034/Nikwax-Down-Wash.html?

The North Face Greenland Zip Boot - Women's

February 17, 2009

I would go with the 6.5 or 7 like you usually wear. Reason for this is that these boots generally pack out about a quarter to half a size.

Lib Technologies TRS MTX Snowboard

February 11, 2009

3 differences really. The shape, width and stiffness. The T-rice has two distinct shapes that are both different then the TRS. The Rice has a blunt shape in the smaller ones for park and pointy in the larger ones for pow. The TRS is just your general freestyle shape. For the width the T-rice is considered a mid wide so it is much more suited for someone with a size 10 and up foot, where as the TRS has just a regular width to it. Lastly the T-rice is stiffer and more all mountain/freeride driven, simply because that is how T-rice wanted it. Whereas the TRS is softer, hence more park and freestyle driven.
