Yes they do. All the ones pictured that have a mirror coating have a dark enough mirror on them so others will not be able to see your eyes.

Yes they do. If you just get on UPS.com and calculate shipping to exactly where you are located in the UK from Salt Lake City Utah, that should tell you.
