This reservoir is overall very good. I haven't had any problems with an off-taste. I have two minor gripes about this though: for starters, it isn't very easy to get the bladder out of the insulation sleeve. More like pain in the ... The second problem is that in very cold weather, the water will freeze in the mouthpiece, and you'll be trying to thaw and/or crunch a block of ice in your bite valve.

If you're going to be anything leather in wet environments, then you need to get this. It's very easy to use. It doesn't smell the best going on, and you so need to be careful to not put it on too thickly, or you'll end up with a visible, waxy white coating. A little goes a long way; this tube will last you a while. I used my oven instead of a hair dryer, worked perfectly. Didn't have any troubles through the entire ski season last year, and I didn't exactly baby the gloves.

I know that there are some reviews on here that say these don't work, that they aren't worth it. I would beg to differ. I use this all the time to pack nice pants and shirts (not t-shirts and such), and it works wonderfully to keep the clothing neat and wrinkle-free. It also helps to compress things a little; to me, using these help the clothes to take up less space.

To use:
Buy the appropriate size.
Fold everything nicely while packing. If it was wrinkled going in, it'll come out wrinkled. There's a nifty folding board included. If you use it, it not only helps the folding, but your clothes will fit perfectly.
Cinch down, smoothing out as you go.

Voila! You clothes now arrive neat, not mashed.
