Just started rock climbing absolutely love it. Enjoy doing all kinds of outdoor activities the more intense the better, but do enjoy just being outside to relax too. Hope to start getting into more camping trips as soon as the money for equipment comes.

Backcountry.com Stoic 2.0 Shell - Men's

October 16, 2009

If your looking for something that you can layer underneath I would go with the medium I'm 5'10 and 150lbs and I have the medium but I can only fit a long sleeve shirt underneath comfortably. If your looking for just a rainproof shell with out the ability to layer I would go with the small. Hope that helps

Five Ten Anasazi Verde Lace-up Climbing Shoe

September 9, 2009

I currently have Scarpa Techno's in size 9.5 and was wondering what size to get for these shoes. My street shoe ranges from 9.5 to 10.5 depending on the shoe maker. Also my Scarpa Techno's fit well. Thanks

Didn't Do It

Metolius Chalk Sock

Metolius Chalk Sock

The chalk wasn't the right kind for me. My hands are usually very sweaty and this chalk just didn't cut it for me in keeping my hands dry. I do enjoy the reusable aspect of it though and with White Gold chalk I have noticed a much better performance for me.

Great Harness

Black Diamond Momentum Speed Adjust Harness - Men's

Black Diamond Momentum Speed Adjust Harness - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 July 27, 2009

Really enjoyed using this harness even though it has only been for a couple times indoors so far. The speed adjust ability is really nice and easy to use. The only complaint would be that it isn't as breathable as some other harnesses that I have used but for the price it is amazing. Definitely worth the forty bucks I spent.
