Burton Joystick Snowboard

How does this (joy stick) ride compared to the Un Inc and Hero boards?

I rode the hero board and I hate how it rides compared to the Un Inc. I think because I prefer camber over rocker.

Burton White Collection Glove - Men's

Burton White Collection Glove - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 March 25, 2009

First off leather gloves need to be taken care of. You will need to wax these gloves so they don't get soaked on you. Also they black color comes off on things. For example if you grab a tissue after boarding you'll see black in the tissue.

At 13 - 18 degrees F sitting still my fingers are frozen and when moving not so bad, then again I don't notice my hands. at 30 degrees F fingers are pretty warm. Any higher temps your hands are sweating.

The inner liner fleece is nice but annoying if it comes out. You have to hold your fingers and pull your hand out to make sure the liner stays inside. Glove is nice and low profile and the tips are curved naturally.

The glove to begin with is stiff but once you break it in, it feels awesome! Better than the new feeling.

If you have tiny bones the glove doesn't get tight around your wrist. The clip only has 2 settings to tighten.

The glove doesn't cover too far behind your wrist so snow can still get in there. Nothing to clamp it down on your gaitor for your jacket.

Easy to grab the board and onto objects.

warm, enough space to fit a beenie in it. it's not as low profile, my head looks big in pictures. very light and comfortable. helmet is warm but when in really cold temps throw on a beenie and the helmet and you're good to go.

Does the job

Toko Base Brush Nylon

Toko Base Brush Nylon

Rating for this product: 5 March 5, 2009

Bristles are firm but not as strong as copper. Brush is wide and does the job. Not hard to grip. Used it a few times, can't go wrong.

My Review

Burton Fileguide Kit

Burton Fileguide Kit

Rating for this product: 3 February 12, 2009

I returned this product as it wasn't what I was intending on purchasing.
After using it I can confirm that this does NOT do both side and base edge. Even though one of the reviews he says it does both, it does not.
Next the bracket to hold the file is not the best as you cannot be sure the angle is perfect, so I had to use the stone in the back while the file in the front to keep it leveled.
The grip does feel really good in your hand though. The product is heavy and feels like quality.
The file is hella sharp and does the job.
