Most gloves out there wont keep your hands warm in the 20 degree range when standing still.I do not recomend, from hardcore trials, the black diamond guide gloves which are the warmest gloves madeand the mountain hardwear habanero. Not quite as warm but have better movement and run a but less money and will hold from 20 and less standing still. Good luck
