great rope for a weekend at the crags

Beal Edlinger 10.2mm Standard Rope

Beal Edlinger 10.2mm Standard Rope

Rating for this product: 4 May 17, 2009

no middle mark or dry coating, but it is inexpensive, relatively light, and seems to be pretty durable. good rope for what i'm using it for: sending and working sport climbs at the local crag. takes a little breaking in to get the kinks out.

great bindings

Black Diamond O2 Telemark Binding

Black Diamond O2 Telemark Binding

Rating for this product: 4 March 2, 2009

After my first day on these ripping groomers and knee deep pow in the backcountry, i have to say i prefer these much more than my targas. they have a smooth even flex to them that is just awesome. i have the mid stiff, regulars mounted on 179 cm k2 obsetheds and i makes for a great (and pretty light) powder set up. I did pop out of my right ski twice, but i believe its because i did not have them tight enough as the left one feels tighter when i pop in.

Smith Cascade Pro Goggles

Smith Cascade Pro Goggles

i ordered these goggles thinking they would look like the picture, but the lens was a lot darker than i thought and it came with a black band, not the checkered red and white shown.
