Salomon XT Wings 2 Trail Running Shoe - Men's

May 12, 2011

Hi, I am definitely an overpronator and suffer anterior compsrtment syndrome as a result. I've used salomom xt wings for the last 3 years for running on the road, trail and my army physical training sessions these shoes have proven to be the best i've owned. I still suffer occasionally from shin pain but far less than other dedicated running shoes( like brooks) i even did a 25 km charity run... no pain. I won't wear any other running shoe.

Three questions:1. Are these suitable for a beginner? I plan to ski trails and some light backountry with overnight pack. 2. Do you fit the bindings (I take it nnn bindings are the go)?3. Do you ship these to Australia (cost of shipping?)
