4FRNT Skis MSP Ski

4FRNT Skis MSP Ski

Rating for this product: 5 November 15, 2009

I had the 08 model;I havent been aggressively riding for that long, but these are some serious sticks. Compared to my older armadas, these boards rip. They are perfect for the not-too-deep fresh dusting mornings, but i wouldnt personally recommend for the back country. The flex is a little less than id like for some of the steeper pitches, but tracks like magic on the groomers and crud. Great northwest ski, can handle all the 'crete the pacific throws at you when others are moaning in tree wells. The only problem is the skis are a bit on the lighter side, so if youre trying to get up to GS speeds they get a little randy on you - but then again the weight is perfect for all the technical tree skiing you need to do.

Burton Sabbath Snowboard Boot

Burton Sabbath Snowboard Boot

Rating for this product: 5 November 15, 2009

These things make my feet feel very very happy all day long. After a few pairs of DCs and a short-term relationship with 32s, these really are great boots. Id recommend that most park lappers stay away, these stiff enough to ride steeps all day and not kill your calves and shins, the flex just isnt quite enough to get that tweak you need for the kicker or rail session, although they do slay anything. My one issue was the 'white gator' color is very distinctly gray and white, not just all white like it looks, or at least i thought... I still kept them because they ride ohh sooo nice. They run true to size from DCs and 32s, at least 12s fit like 12s.

Foursquare Adams Snowboard Jacket - Men's

Foursquare Adams Snowboard Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 November 15, 2009

This jacket is everything advertised. I love it. Ive had mine for a season now, and the waterproofing will still hold up in shower. The best part about it is its not too warm but not too cold either. Its perfect for temps from 15-50, the northwest, all winter long. The only beef ive got is that the back zipper takes a little getting used to. When i first got the jacket i thought it was annoying (a little bit stiff behind your arms) but once you feel the breeze through come this biatch in the spring, there is nothing better. Like other people said, it runs LARGE. Im 6'0, 170lbs and the medium is even a little big (but perfect for style points). The black is actually lighter than pictured. Maybe its different but the 'black hatch' is like a black with dark brown weave (i actually like it more than just straight black). See the posted pic.

Great, not the best

Burton CO2 Snowboard Binding

Burton CO2 Snowboard Binding

Rating for this product: 4 November 15, 2009

I just got these after riding a pair of drake F60s for about 3 years. Compared to those straps, these seem incredible. Dont be mistaken, they feel kinda cheap but handle great. Ive ridden about 15 days on them so far, theyve been amazing. Ive had NO problems, great customization options, very tight ratchets (for those of you who dislike circulation like me) and good response. Riding both the park and the deep steeps, they are definitely more of a park binding due to the flex (plastic construction) but they do handle well in the cascade concrete of mt baker. recommended.
