How is the sizing?I had ordered the Macabuca by El Naturalista previously and found them to be too small (I wear an 11 in Keen, so I had ordered the 44 in the Macabuca). How do these run?Also, how is the width in the toe box? Thanks a lot.

Another sizing question:I had ordered these, and returned them as they were too small. I generally wear an 11 in Keen, so I ordered a 44 for these. They were too small, my toes bumped into the front, so I sent them back. Has anyone ordered one size up and found that too work? Or do you think they would just end up being too big.Thanks
