Arc'teryx Sidewinder AR Jacket - Men's

Arc'teryx Sidewinder AR Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 February 11, 2009

i have been using this jacket daily for 2 weeks, i love the breathability of the pro shell gore-tex, it beats the old xcr hands down. im 5'11" and 160# with a slender/athletic build and the medium is a perfect fit with enough room to layer under without being bulky. i was out yesterday BC snowshoeing in 25-30 mph winds with sleet and snowing blowing sideways. it kept the wind at bay and the stowable hood was perfect when on the mtn and even better when i was able to pack it in and snowboard some deep pow without the hood catching the snow. i only wish Arc'teryx had used a 2-way front zipper to ease access to my Arc'teryx bibs but i dont see it as a downfall to this jacket. im very impressed with the H2O proofness, feels like you can stand in the shower and stay dry. I highly recommend this for any backcountry activity

Arc'teryx Theta SV Bib - Men's

Arc'teryx Theta SV Bib - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 February 11, 2009

after trying pants from multiple other high end companies i am in love with these bibs! they are extremely breathable and completely waterproof. i have been abusing them for over a month in various conditions snowshoeing, boarding, hiking, skiing, you name it. i have never stayed so dry on warm days (30-40 F) and so warm on extra cold days (0_-10F). full leg zips and awesome gaiters make these one of the best out there, no wind or water infiltration either! you'd be doing yourself a dis-service by passing these pants up
