Bought these to wear snowshoeing and hiking in cold, wet weather. Had been wearing Sorels for years, but their lack of ankle support and heavy weight forced me to look for an alternative for snowshoeing. I have worn them snowshoeing four times in the past two weeks, and they are a pleasure to wear. Comfortable out of the box, great ankle support, warm, and totally waterproof. When I go out west skiing with my family in a few weeks, this will be the only pair of shoes I need. I am leaving my Sorels at home. ( Not that the Sorels have ever failed me.)

With arms the legnth yours, you def need an XL. I am 5'10 , 200, 33" arms, and the L is only an inch long for me.
