Liberty Hazmat Alpine Ski

January 30, 2009

Hey Teleboz!I have a set of 181 Hazmat's mounted up with a set of Targa Ascents...and I love them! I live on the east coast, so unfortunately hard-pack is a reality of my day to day skiing...and they're awesome for it. At the same time, they're fat enough for those powder days!Weight is about 3 pounds, 3.5 pounds.

Good stuff

Liberty Helix Alpine Ski

Liberty Helix Alpine Ski

Rating for this product: 5 January 4, 2009

I picked up a pair of last year's helix, and Oh My God. These flipping rip. They are so stable at speed, bust up the crud, float well, yet are suprisingly nimble on the groomers. Such daily driver for skiing out west. The bamboo core is awesome. Lightweight, but don't ski lightweight. BUY THESE SKIS and there is no way you'll be disapointed.

Liberty Double Helix Alpine Ski

Liberty Double Helix Alpine Ski

Rating for this product: 5 January 4, 2009

The DH is awesome. I can't believe the amount of float these provide, with a ski that is stable and manageable in the runouts. I can't imagine asking for more float with crud busting ability, with the ability to still ski the hardpack and groomers. So ill.
