The North Face Fulcrum 35 Backpack - 2200cu in

Rating for this product: 5 July 29, 2009

I use this bag for day hiking. I am 6"1. It fits snug and still adjustable with waistband. I bought a 1.5 gallon Camelbak reservoir and used the built-in holes and straps for the reservoir and hose. I can easily access the front pocket which is huge with two zippers. I put my Canon 40D and lens in the front pocket. The camelbak acts as a shock absorber for the camera against my back. I can easily access the deeper cargo area where camelback is located where I store anything like lunch to extra layers of clothing and tools. I carried the hiking poles on the outer tool strap and again I can tighten the bag with side straps. This bag is just right size for a day hike and has room for 1.5 gallons of water, lunch, snacks, a 40D, two jackets and two shirts and two shorts. and two socks.
