Hammock camper's dream

Exped Wallcreeper 400 Sleeping Bag: 35 Degree Down

Exped Wallcreeper 400 Sleeping Bag: 35 Degree Down

Rating for this product: 5 June 3, 2009

I have a Hennessy jungle hammock and the wallcreeper is the ideal back to match. You can put the bag on before you get in the hammock with your feet sticking out, you can wake up and pee without taking the bag off, the wonders never cease. Expensive but innovative and worth it. Mine came with a dry sack for hiking and a large mesh sack for storage. This company knows their stuff, and their hard work and research shows in this product. My initial fear was the thin material on the exterior but I have been camping on ground and hammock about 10 times and have seen no damage to the shell.

Marmot Power Stretch Full-Zip Fleece Jacket - Men's

Marmot Power Stretch Full-Zip Fleece Jacket - Men's

Love the nosewipes. It keeps me warm. It's comfortable and has very long sleeves. (I pull them back over themselves when I'm doing things and let them hang over my hands when I'm cold).

Work is the word

The North Face Work Jacket - Men's

The North Face Work Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 February 2, 2009

I do search & rescue in AZ but it still gets really cold at night. This shell is warm enough for wear with just a baselayer when I'm working hard but with a fleece it's toasty. The material seems very durable and wind resistant and while I haven't had it long it has survived well bushwhacking through catclaw and brush.

It's a little unusual with small hand pockets and it's stiff compared to most jackets but it's not "THE NORTH FACE STANDING AROUND JACKET". Plus it has a sunglass pocket complete with lens cleaning cloth.

It runs a little large, but think about your climate and midlayers before deciding to move down in size.
