Tip Top Trail Runner

Montrail Mountain Masochist Trail Running Shoe - Men's

Montrail Mountain Masochist Trail Running Shoe - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 August 19, 2010

I personally love the Masochist. Have owned a handful of Montrail Streak's which I love as well but this takes the cake for the Montrails that I have owned. Great traction, fits like a glove on my size 13 medium width shoes.
Is true to size, nice toe box protection, roomy toe box too. They are pretty B.A. Barackus if you ask me.

Pretty Solid

La Sportiva Imogene Trail Running Shoe - Men's

La Sportiva Imogene Trail Running Shoe - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 August 19, 2010

I am an avid trail runner who has owned atleast 15 different trail runners in my life and these are definitely a solid trail runner that will get the job done.
Pro's: Solid cushion, comfortable, very good traction. Cons: knowing that personally I like the Fireblade and Crosslite a bit better.
In my history of trail runners I will look back and say 'They were pretty good trail runners'.

Yes Sir May I Have Another

Icebreaker GT150 Velocity Tank Top - Men's

Icebreaker GT150 Velocity Tank Top - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 August 19, 2010

I trail run in it, did a 3 nighter in the smokies with it in late July, (check the smokies out if you've never been) rock climb in it, hit the weights with it, do Yoga, hit the grocery store in it, and wear it just about anywhere you can think of and although this is a run on sentence I could go on forever raving about the deep love that I have fallen into with this catch.
If you sweat hella it chills on the stink, it's feather light, and in Tucson where I hail, it feels gorgeous even in the blowdrying heat.
Get one, get two, get three... That's what I did, more colors please so I can hit the old lady up for the blue one...haha.

Solid Bag

GoLite Adrenaline Sleeping Bag: 40 Degree Down

GoLite Adrenaline Sleeping Bag: 40 Degree Down

Rating for this product: 5 January 12, 2010

This bag is definitely in the 40 degree range if not a little better. I was out on a 30-32 degree night at about 6000 feet in Arizona and it performed beautifully with fairly thick pajama bottoms and a long sleeve Baselayer. Didn't get cold at all.
It's super light and packs down a little bigger than a Shaquille O'Neal sized hand. The plastic thing that makes the stuff sack tight broke the very first time I used it while preparing to go on a Backcountry trip, but no huge deal, i just tie it like a shoe now.
It has decent room inside, I'm 6'4 200 and the long fit like a glove.
As an ultralight enthusiast you won't compromise comfort in chilly conditions with this feather weight contraption of a bag.
Recommend it, especially at $199.
