Tecnica Dragon 110 UltraFit Boot - Men's

Tecnica Dragon 110 UltraFit Boot - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 December 22, 2008

Bought my new tecnica dragon 110 ultrafit yesterday and tested today on the slopes.
I am very happy about them. they have three levels of flex, and I was quite happy today with middle flex level, which is not declared, but guess was between 90 and 100.
My foot is medium-slim, and I am happy with the toebox of 100 mm of these boots.
My previous boots were quite large and skiing was not at all easy ...had to close a lot and blood circulation was difficult much better now..of course it takes a decent level of skiing to make sense to have a quite rigid boot. I think I am between advanced silver and gold.
The foam is quite comfy, and it did not require a hot forming before wearing them, at least for me..guess it will self adapt in a couple of rides. I used just a pair of thin wool socket, but maybe one can improve to something more specific..
The calf is well blocked and you can take out a small pad behind the calf muscle , or add tiny insert in the shoes...so plenty of small adjustment!
They cost around 360 E. I paid 300 euros in a closeout in France , but maybe that one can get a smarter bargain in the after x-mas sales, or on the web. Personally I prefer to stay in the shop half an hour reading something and getting out more or less sure that I will have no hassles afterwards..
