for cold weather look at the apex bionic, its fleece lined. but yes they are both windproof.

the apex has a fleece lining the pneumatic does not.. other than that they are exactly the same. the fleece will keep you warmer but the poly/spandex will breath a little more.. just depends on your use. For running or a cardio activity i think the pnuematic works better. for walking or hiking or something not as cardio intense the fleece will help with the warmth
