Nixon Rocker Watch - Men's

Nixon Rocker Watch - Men's

Rating for this product: 2 October 14, 2009

Nixon watches look awseome, but this is the second Rocker I have had and they both have died prematurely with no explanation. Same thing happened to The Producer I had. The Jeweler said that both had suffered bent gears when the battery died, and explained that it was a manufacturing flaw. Same thing with the producer.

I'll take his word for it and not order Nixon for awhile.

Backcountry.com Stoic Inbounds Glove - Men's

Backcountry.com Stoic Inbounds Glove - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 October 14, 2009

These gloves are rad. I have pretty normal sized hands for an adult male (6' 190 lbs) and the large fits me fine. Just enough room for a liner with finger flexibility.

Salomon XA Pro 3D Ultra GTX Trail Running Shoe - Men's

Salomon XA Pro 3D Ultra GTX Trail Running Shoe - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 June 21, 2009

It is surprisingly nice in all weather, all conditions. Lightweight, rugged, waterproof. They have been on a few 14ers and countless other trips over the last 2 years...still look and feel great.

They also fit true to size and are easy as hell to lace up.

Almost looks old school...

Reef Phantoms Sandal - Men's

Reef Phantoms Sandal - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 June 19, 2009

The Black/Multi has pretty rad colors...almost has that old 80's ocean pacific t-shirt feel to them. And in typical reef fashion they are comfortable.

The North Face VaporWick Ruckus T-Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's

The North Face VaporWick Ruckus T-Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 June 9, 2009

Great shirt. I've had mine for over a year now and it still functions like the day I bought it. Great for any aerobic activity, and comfortable enough to wear anywhere. This is my anytime, anywhere shirt.

I am 6' 190 lbs and wear the medium pretty comfortabley.

Mountain Hardwear Dragon Softshell Jacket - Men's

Great Jacket...blocks everything. I am 6' 190 lbs and the XL fits a tad big, but it's fine. It's extremely warm for a shell and actually surprised me.

Keeps me forward on the ski

Salomon Impact 10 Ski Boot - Men's

Salomon Impact 10 Ski Boot - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 January 4, 2009

This boot is great. I consider myself an aggressive skier but have a large sore spot on my right ankle from shattering it in the army. This boot provided very stiff flex with one of the most comfortable liners I have ever tried. After a few sessions the liner feels great around my foot.

It keeps me forward and aggressive without worrying about my ankle.

Very stiff boot with comfortability to match.

Under Armour Base 1.0 Crew Top - Long-Sleeve - Men's

January 1, 2009

I'd have to ask which 14er because conditions vary, but you should be fine. I wore this over a t-shirt when I hiked Long's Peak last year on July 16th. It was nice and warm during the morning ascent, but wasn't too much for the afternoon sun.

Burton Poacher Jacket - Men's

December 15, 2008

I am about 6' 1" and 200 lbs. I need something loose for movement but not "stay puft" loose. Is this large a real large?
