I bought last years version on sale. At first, I was thrilled. It felt and looked great when I tried it on, fit well too.Unfortunately, before I even took the tags off, the stitching along the seams in the collar is coming unraveled. I haven't even worn it yet.I'll be trying to get a replacement.

How is the traction or grip on granite and limestone? Are they worthy at doubling as a scrambling/approach shoe?

Backcountry.com Rime Pullover Jacket - Men's

December 15, 2008

I'm 5'7 and 160# with 32" waist and wide shoulders and I ordered a large. The sleeves are way too long and it fits a tad loose. But, if I wear anything under it bigger than a tee shirt, like a thick base layer, I need the extra room. So, with a base layer, a large is a good fit for the bike commute or winter trail run. If you just wear a tee under it, then a medium is good.
