The North Face Metropolis Parka - Women's

This is a very nice coat. I am 5ft 6 and usually wear a large in North Face. I got this in an XL. It fits well, a large would have been better. This coat is much longer than I expected it hits just below my knees. I thought about returning it but I am sure I will be glad to have the extra legnth in the winter. Overall this seems like a well made coat and I look forward to wearing it.

I just got this jacket and the sleeves are too long. They seem to be tapered and don't roll up well. Has anyone out there had this coat altered? How did it turn out? thanks for the help!
