22 Designs K2/Voile Insert Adapter Plate

Hey Susan Either shim would work. The G3 will give you much more lift off the ski (15mm) which is pretty comparable to the risers that came with the Chilis - and they're half as much. That said, since you're getting a new pair of sticks, you should strongly consider getting some better bindings. The extension springs on the Chilis are a nightmare just waiting to blow up on you at any moment. If you're looking to save some green, check out the BD O3 and the G3 Targa. Good luck!
