The bindings come with everything in the picture.If the risers that come with the bindings don't provide you with enough lift-- then you will need to buy the relatively inexpensive shims. . .

G3's are good...

G3 Targa T9 Telemark Binding - All Mountain

This is an excellent binding...If you are a quasi aggressive skier that doesn't weigh that much and has a super light boot.I am neither of these... I have broken countless toe plates. I've talked with G3 with hope that they will beef up the toe plates. This binding still is the best in the biz though.
