The North Face Greenland Jacket - Women's

I bought this jacket for my daughter and she decided she wanted a different style. I tried on the jacket myself and loved it but it was too big. I called backcountry.com and the customer service was unbelievable. They are shipping me the jacket in the right size, waiving shipping and getting it to me in 3 days. In this day and age you rarely get the great service that James W. at backcountry extended to me. I will definitely be a return customer!!
