Im 6'6", 220 and got an XXL, it fits a bit baggy but im pretty sure you could do well with an XL as well it depends how much would you would like to layer under it, if its just 1 or 2 layers i would go with XL

i have a down jacket but its on the heavy side and its not as compressible as i would like, and i'm looking at something like 2 layers below this, this one and the shell.
or would i be better with what i have
