Bio:

LOVE hiking but HATE snow!! Hiking is my all consuming passion and I love to travel and hike in other states and countries. My favorite place to hike in the summer is my home state of Colorado. In the winter, Sedona Arizona is my favorite destination - most of the people that go there don't even hike - what a shame!! Sedona has over 130 awesome hiking trails, the most beautiful scenery in the world, and is only a 90 minute drive from the Grand Canyon. My dream is to live in Colorado during the summer and fall and in Sedona during the winter and spring.

I ordered these shoes based on their "Gear of the Year 2006 Award" and WOW!! I have never had a pair of shoes that did not need to be broken in - until these. They are absolutely amazing! So comfortable. I have had Merrels before and they gave me horrible blisters the first time I worse them. If you have had this problem with other shoes, I highly recommend these Lowas!
