Good snowshoe

MSR Denali Evo Snowshoe

MSR Denali Evo Snowshoe

Rating for this product: 4 September 20, 2010

Very simple design allows quick ingress and egress.

I prefer old school webbed style snowshoes more, for longer hikes because I think they provide more stability. However those take longer to lace up and prepare.

For a quick jaunt, or in times of need, these are great to have handy.

Comfort and durability

Teva Aravalli Shoe - Men's

Teva Aravalli Shoe - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 May 14, 2008

I have an older variant of these which I use for hiking, exercising, and long walks. They are super comfortable and provide great support. They are also easy to clean. I've had mine for three years and although they've got a lot of miles on them, they're still looking good. I used these in Singapore in the middle of summer when it was hot and very damp; the mesh and overall lightweight build lends itself to quick drying. If these ever wear out I'll buy another pair.
