I want to get a new pair of cross country skis for my 62 yr old wife. She is not very adventuresome and basically stays on the level or only modest slopes. We go out occasionally and take a "walk in the woods" type of trips. She weighs 140 lbs and is 5' 4". Can you recommend a waxless skis for her that will do the job? I need the skis, boots, and poles to match. The boot should be a high top and her shoe size is 8NNN (eight triple narrow).
