Salomon Czar Ski

December 7, 2009

Can someone with experience comment on mounting these skis forward? I'm hearing a few (1-2) cm in front of the progressive line and I read that Mark Abma skis these 5cm in front of progressive. I am a very aggressive expert skier and I like to charge hard down every type of terrain but one thing I am not willing to do is sacrifice powder performance. I want them to float, bottom line and if mounting forward is going to cause the tips to dive then I'm not interested in doing so.

Giro 2008 G10 MX Helmet

Giro 2008 G10 MX Helmet

Rating for this product: 5 December 23, 2008

Warm, attractive, effective and safe. Basically, this helmet is everything that I want in a mate. I wore it on a day when temperatures were in the single digits and my ears have never been warmer. The next day it warmed up so I opened the vents and was good to go. It looks good, it feels good and keeps your head safe so you can be confident while charging lines thru the trees, ripping groomers or going off in the park. I've owned it for a week and I've received more compliments on this helmet than any other piece of gear that I own.
