Yeah, there's a powder skirt, but you almost don't need it because the bottom of the jacket fits naturally sung around your body. The fit is a little baggy, I'm 5'11 160 and I wear a small. The medium was just too baggy on me.

How much of a difference does the lifting make on these? Would they be just fine to mount and use without the lifters?
