I've been a fan of the regular Patagonia capilene boxers for years, but these are great under jeans and work pants.

Great pants

Mountain Khakis Alpine Utility Pant - Men's

Mountain Khakis Alpine Utility Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 November 3, 2009

I have several pairs of MK's and really like them. The gusseted crotch is a nice feature and they wear like iron. They may run a little tighter in the waist than Carhartt's, but I've always thought Carhartts were vanity sized anyway. ;-)

Patagonia Thrift Short - Men's

Patagonia Thrift Short - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 July 17, 2009

These are great shorts, very comfortable for just about anything. I have 3 pairs and my only nit is that the button on the waistband isn't sewn on very well, but they do include an extra and they're easy enough to put back on.

Super sturdy and comfortable. Sizing is accurate, but if you are used to Carharts sizing, get a size larger.
