  • Stomping Grounds:

I play at bass ponds in vineyards, and the trap range of course.
  • Bio:

Other gear rich envirns are pistol shooting and fly fishing and bird hunting. There is a never ending bunch of STUFF for all of these. Ski? Not much snow here; maybe once in 100 yrs; but I can do it if I must.

Blundstone 500 Series Original Boot - Women's DO NOT USE

Rating for this product: 4 January 14, 2009

Ok, in a nutshell, I love the boots. True to size, good looking, etc; BUT (there's always a big butt), the sole of one of the boots has come loose in the front, under the toes; like clown boots. I bought a tube of "Barge Cement" and will try to reglue. If it doesn't work, the boots will go back and I hope I'll be well-treated about the situation IF it occurs.

Just amazing

Vasque Sundowner GTX Backpacking Boot - Women's

Vasque Sundowner GTX Backpacking Boot - Women's

I still think they look a little odd but this is the most comfortable hiking boot I own. My foot is fairly wide but I have lots of toe room. My Sundowners are more that 20 yrs old and have been in some wild places and still look good if I polish them. Original soles and even original laces. Keep my feet dry too.
