I am thinking of using these as a bike commuter pant and want to keep the amount of material at the cuff to a minimum

Is there a break out chart of all the Arcteryx acronyms and "code labels"?
Ive sort of figured that "SL" is the "super light" stuff for marc twight / bouchard type fast ascents.

As far as I can tell the Alpha stuff is mre heavy duty "expedition" where the "Beta" stuff appears to be more targeted to "alpine" climbers..

So my real Q is the differences between Gamma AR vest and the Gamma SV vest...
