Binding mount point question. I just got a pair of 191 Mantras

Volkl Mantra Alpine Ski

Binding mount point question. I just got a pair of 191 Mantras and am now looking at bindings. Believe the Barons (I currently ski at an 11 DIN) are the way to go from what I have read. I am 6' and 180lbs and a fairly aggressive skier. I want to set these skis up for AT obviously and earn my turns. So these skis will most likely be 50/50 off piste to trail. Where should I mount the binding?
