Does this have a zipper? That could go a long way toward managing condensation. If it doesn't have a zipper, is there a similar product that does?

How well does this work with a sleeping pad inside, such as the Pacific Outdoor Equipment Ether Thermo 6? Does a pad of that type fit inside well?

Millet Prolight 45 Backpack - 2745cu in

Sizing information for this pack seems to be hard to come by. What size range for the torso is this pack designed for? I'd also like to know the size range for the waist. (Use units of inches, please.)

Pacific Outdoor Equipment Ether Thermo 6 Sleeping Pad - Women's

November 1, 2008

Backpacker Tracker, I'd like to understand more about your exerience with this pad. (Incidentally the specs list this pad as being 2.5" thick, not 2" as you wrote in your article.) With the pad's humongous R-value I cannot understand why you would be so cold with this pad. I would also like to hear specifically why you think the Big Agnes pad was better for you. FYI: there is another version of this pad. It is touted as being eco-friendly and the insulation is made out of bamboo instead of synthetic material. Unfortunately it costs roughly twice as much as this pad. Dunno if the bamboo is more or less comfortable than the synthetic insulation.
