The S7 in size 176 is actually the same dimensions 140-110-118, it's the size 188 S7s that are 145.4-115-123. So at 176, the two skis are the same, just a different top sheet.

I'd definitely recommend the 176s. They ski short because they're rockered. I'm 5'7", 115 lbs, and an aggressive skier and I find even the 176s a bit short.
