I had a chance to demo these on a good snow day, so I didn't spend much time in the park, but I was impressed at how well they performed in powder. No they are not a powder ski and I wouldn't recommend them as such, but they were better than expected for how narrow and light they are. They were However amazing on groomers, and overall extremely responsive. From what jumps and drops I did take makes me really want another crack to demo these on a bad snow day.

I love my little cooking pot and as a poor college student I use it all the time for making top roman, oatmeal, single serving soups, or making hot chocolate at home. I just throw it on the burner and eat from the pot when it's done cooking; it's very convenient for me. I also use the bag it came with to hold it when the metal is still too hot to handle and the lid as a strainer. My only compliant is the price, $40 buck is too much in my opinion, but since it was a gift I can't complain too much, but I can't see myself ever paying that much for a 700 ml cooking pot and spork even if it is lighter than a pair of socks.

This is the third "water proof" glove I have had, and it's the only one that I've had that actually is waterproof. I put on these gloves, then put them underwater for about 5 min, squeezing and flexing my hand to try and open up the seams to let water in, and my hands stayed completely dry. They passed the field tests as well in keeping my hands warm and dry on cold, wet days on the slopes. They also come with a removable wrist leash and the wrist cinches are very easy to use. My only complaint is that the thumbs are a little long, my hands are 7 3/8 long so I'm in between sizes, but I find it weird that all the other fingers fit great except the thumb. On a style note, I got the glade/black, and I find myself looking at my gloves all the time thinking how awesome they look.

These are the best skis I've ever been on. I had a chance to demo these for 2 days and decided that I need to get my own pair. My first time down the mountain I felt like I was an instantly better skier; they were fantastic in everything from powder, to bumps, to groomers, to the park. Awesome all mtn. ski!

This knife is so sick sometimes I throw up in my mouth a little just thinking about it. This is the easiest knife I have ever opened, for all intents and purposes it's a push button action blade. If you look at the bottom pic, that little nob on the very bottom is what you push to spring the blade open. The safety lock that locks the blade both open and closed also is easy to use. Hands down this is the best deigned knife I've ever touched. Oh ya and the blade is really really sharp. This knife feels like it will last forever with very few sharpenings. As a minimalist camper this is the knife I would want if my life ever depended on it. Bomber.

I love all the extra features this bag has, from the zippered wallet pocket and 2 way side zippers, the top one glows in the dark by the way, to the cinch on the draft collar and loops at the bottom to hang the bag if it gets wet. I have played around with the main zipper more than I'd like to admit and must say it works like a champion, I very rarely snagged it on the fabric. I haven't however had a chance to really test the temp rating yet, the only time I've used it so far was when our power went out in my apt. over a weekend and the temp got down to around 45 degrees, it was too hot to use as a sleeping bag but worked perfectly as a blanket. As far as price, packability, weight, and overall quality, this is the best bag I could find, hopefully once I do get a chance to test it, it will perform as well as I think it will.

I only have two ski days in this so far but both days it was dumping and windy as a mother. I was dry and because the jacket is so adjustable I didn't have any snow get under it even in Utah powder crashes. My favorite part about this jacket is the hood, it's adjustable in 4 different areas so I was able to get it exactly how I wanted it, even in gloves. It also has a mini powder skirt/waist cinch that I found helpful in keeping the powder out. And FYI it was made in Canada. I'm 5-10 165, got the medium and it fits like a glove with plenty of room for layering. I got the Titanium color and am very pleased with the look of this jacket as well.

I wanted a pant that could do everything from resort and back country skiing to snowshoeing and everything in between. It's really light, packs small, uber breathable, the waist is easily adjustable in gloves, and is far and away the most comfortable and flexible pants I own, well next to my track pants. I have been skiing in these twice where it dropped 6 inches while I was skiing and was dry as a bone both times. I'm 5-10 165 and wear a 32 X 32 pant and the medium fits perfectly. Also It was made in Canada so you know it's good.

It's very warm and comfy, but there's this little horn in the middle of mine that I have to push down or else I look like a gomer. If you take this skiing don't cut off the braids because you'll need to tie them under your chin if you want your ears to stay warm. Got the black and if I can figure out a way to keep the horn down I'll wear this a whole lot more because I really like the look.

I took this out as a demo ski on a 10 in powder day at snowbird and was very impressed; it floated very well in powder and carved like a champion on hard pack and what little Ice there was. I had never heard of Blizzard skis before but now I'm a fan

It's true that this beanie is very thin and if the wind is a howlin you might go with another, but it has become my favorite bad weather beanie because it covers all of my ears and I'll have my coat hood up anyways to block the wind. It's also very comfy and I don't scratch my head as much as some other beanies I've had. Because it's thin It also fits under my climbing helmet better than any other beanie I have. In short fits well over the ears, very warm, but very thin, but thin can be good sometimes.

First off let's do sizing I am 5-10 165 and the medium fits me snugly, it gets a tad bit tight when I bend over for something, but I would rather have a snugger fit on a down jacket to eliminate a little of the marshmallowness. It also is not as long as a lot of other down jackets, it feels like it's an inch shorter than normal. I originally got this for a mid layer for skiing but i found out that I started baking, even when it got around 10 degrees, so I will only use this as a mid layer when it is damn cold. It still surprises me how light and warm it is, and it stuffs really small, and is awesome for winter camping (once you arrive at your destination. I have found that every time I use the stuff sack I have pull back in a few feathers, so only use it when you need to. Also This was the best looking and best fitting, as far as cut goes, down jacket that I tried on, I don't look like a marshmallow, and it's still thick enough to walk around SLC at night when it's 10 degrees. The only thing that I don't like about this jacket is that it doesn't have a loop to hang it on a coat rack, it boggles my mind every time and I almost deducted a star because of it

So I know we're supposed to come on and tell how technical the jacket is, but so far I've only used it for around town and one bouldering session, so I'm focusing on style. I got the cast iron color and there is more of a color contrast than it shows in the pick, it also has a fantastic fit and cut. I can fit a 200 weight fleece under it with no problem and it's warmer than it looks. It really is everything I thought it would be very impressed. I'm 5-10 165 and the medium fits like it was tailored just for me.

I've had my Eiger for four years now. I use it as my clibing pack and I still don't see any sign of wear other than it being dirty. It is a narrow pack so it works great for climbing, as the pack never hinders arm motion. The outside is also very simple so there are not a lot of zippers to get caught on trees and rocks. This isn't the best pack out there but it might be the best under $100.

I love my forged friends but they don't work for everywhere. I wouldn't recomend making a full rack out of these no matter how strapped for cash you are because they can't be safetly placed horizontally but I love using these because they are some of the lightest if not the lightest cam out there and they just feel super bomber. If all you climb is quartzite You may want to pass on these because qurtzite has more horizontal cracks than other types of rock. But when following continous crack systems in granite and sandstone for instance they work perfectly. Great supplemental cams. I also wouldn't go below a #2 because in the smaller cams the range of motion is not that good comparetively.

These cams are less expensive than a lot of the others out there but I don't feel like I'm giving up quality for price. They don't have the range of Black Diamond cams for instance but they are lighter and I feel as though they are made just as well.

These are some of the cheaper cams out there but I don't feel like I lost any quality for price. Bomber protection for a lot less. Keep it up Wild Country!
