Not easy if you are wearing a climbing harness. Arc'teryx's Gamma salopette has through-crouch zip and it is perfect for climbers.

6"1" is in the tall range but your torso measurement should be the determining factor. Go to Arcteryx's website and follow the instruction of torso measurements. Your torso length dictates.

Uncomfortable grip

Grivel Alp Monster Ice Tool

Grivel Alp Monster Ice Tool

Rating for this product: 1 January 19, 2009

I bought one intended to use as a third tool. The grip was uncomfortable. It is heavy. I sold mine without using even once. The older version, Black 3 works much better. So I keep on using the Black 3.

Great for bivy

GoLite Ultra Sleeping Bag: 20 Degree Down

GoLite Ultra Sleeping Bag: 20 Degree Down

Rating for this product: 5 October 26, 2008

Location: Mt. Whitney
Usage: bivy
I had the ULTRA bottomless bag wrapped over a Thermorest Full length inflatable pad. Then have a bivy sack over everything. I can sleep on my side and enjoy the freedom of changing positions.

It was too warm as the temperature was 40F.
