Chaco Zong Sandal - Women's

Chaco Zong Sandal - Women's

I read a bunch of the other reviews and saw a lot about peoples poor toes getting strangled and whatnot, so what I did was loosen up the whole shoe just a little bit, so when I was walking the straps back towards my ankle didn't have so much strain put on them so they didn't tighten up the front straps at all really. I love these sandals so far! As for sizing, I'm typically an 8.5 or 9 in regular street shoes, so I went with the 9 and they're pretty much spot on.

Backcountry.com Klean Kanteen Powder-Coated Bottle - 40oz

This waterbottle freaking rocks. The mouth of the bottle is big enough to easily fit ice cubes of all shapes and sizes, and yet small enough so you don't spill all over yourself when you hit a bump while driving. The only thing I don't like about it is that nasty nails on the chalkboard sound it makes when screwing and unscrewing the cap. Other than that, It's perfect! Excellent Nalgene replacement.

Gnarly Coal Guitar Pick!

Coal Script Beanie

Coal Script Beanie

Rating for this product: 5 February 22, 2009

This hat is awesome! I got it in the Sea Foam color and it's so steezy. It's not super long, so it's not one of those super floppy hats, but you can definitely rock the semi-floppy look with it, or fold it over and have a smaller hat if that's what floats your boat, and as stated before, It comes with a freakin Coal guitar pick! It does have a hole in the middle of it though... so it may not be the best guitar pick you'll ever own. Get it!

KUKUXUMUSU!!

Laken Flask Kukuxumusu Stainless Steel Flask

Laken Flask Kukuxumusu Stainless Steel Flask

Rating for this product: 5 February 10, 2009

This flask is indeed Stainless steel, no worries kids. It's quite nice as well! My only wish is that it came with a little funnel as well. Looks like I'll just have to fill it when I'm sober so I don't spill!

Roxy Shining Tote Bag - Women's

Roxy Shining Tote Bag - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 February 10, 2009

I got this bag hoping to use it as like a carry on tote bag for airplane trips, but it's just not as big as I'd assumed. I figured it'd be a bit wider. It'd be much better for taking to the beach or something.

Useful Pooch

Ruffwear Palisades Pack II

Ruffwear Palisades Pack II

Rating for this product: 3 January 9, 2009

We got this for my dog when she was pretty young, had absolutely no problem getting her to wear it, and enjoy wearing it. We got a size Small for our dog, and she's about 35lbs. It's all the way cranked down on the straps, but it's still a bit big on her. Make sure you evenly pack both sides of the backpack or it'll slip sideways and whatnot.
Even though it slips sometimes, Paisley loves wearing it, she marches down the trail with a sense of purpose instead of just tearing all over the place. Overall, a good buy indeed!

Holy CRAP!

OGIO 9800 Rolling Gear Bag - 9800cu in

OGIO 9800 Rolling Gear Bag - 9800cu in

Rating for this product: 5 January 4, 2009

This thing is absolutely ENORMOUS! My boyfriend got it before we went on a 2 day trip to San Francisco, and we somehow managed to fill it to the brim (we heavily overpacked) Be careful when flying with this bag because it's incredibly easy to get over the dreaded 50lb limit. Luckily we brought a smaller duffel just in case to put our heaviest crap in. Also, if you're wondering what the mudflap thing is on the side? it's a little fold out piece of fabric in case you have to for some reason unpack some stuff while on the dirty ground. Kinda convenient if you ask me!!

Burly

Kavu Shasta Vest - Women's

Kavu Shasta Vest - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 December 11, 2008

This vest is pretty darn Burly! The material is quite thick, and the Canvas near the zipper and armholes is a bit stiff. It also does run a bit big, so if you want it to be on the form fitting side, I'd go down a size. I'm usually a Womens Medium, but I got a Small because it was the only size left in Black, and it fits perfectly!

Love at first touch

Mountain Hardwear Panzee Hooded Fleece Jacket - Women's

Mountain Hardwear Panzee Hooded Fleece Jacket - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 December 9, 2008

I just received this jacket in the mail, and the second my fingers touched it, I was instantly happy. Not only was the outside nice and fuzzy, but the inside is incredibly soft as is the wrist cuffs. I was also surprised to see that there are thumb holes in the wrist cuffs! Added bonus! It fits very true to size. I have a bit longer torso, so it's a little shorter than I'd like it to be. It also has little drawstrings at the bottom so you can cinch it to be a bit more form fitting. All in all, very very happy with it.
