Can anyone compare this jacket with the Denali? I realize it's comparing a softshell with a fleece, but in terms of overall value/quality/warmth, etc., is this worth getting over the denali?

Is there any particular reason that this isn't as popular as the non-hooded version of the apex bionic? Also, I'm around 5'11 and a slim 140 lbs, would a medium probably be best if I decide to go with this?
