The North Face Crestone 75 Backpack - 4300-4880cu in

Just wondering if this pack's hip strap pockets are big enough to hold an ipod or a flask lol. I've seen some nice GoLite packs that have massive net pockets on them that would for sure fit them. The Crestone just has lack of photos to see them.
