Moment Ruby Alpine Ski

June 13, 2009

I'm a freestyle coach for Squaw and I find myself using these in the moguls very often. They are not ideal because they are powder skis but they will work. Also it depends on how you will be skiing the bumps. If you are just plowing through they are great. If you actually want to ski a line it may be a bit more tricky, but it can be done.

Backcountry.com Klean Kanteen Powder-Coated Bottle - 40oz

Rating for this product: 5 June 13, 2009

This bottle was a lot larger than I thought it would be. I have to be honest I didn't really pay attention to the size when ordering it. But it's perfect! It's easy to clean even if you added more than just water. I love having it in my car to keep my hydrated on long road trips.

DAKINE Pro 2 Backpack - 1600cu in

Rating for this product: 4 March 18, 2009

I got this pack last minute for a contest I needed to do. I'm not used to dropping cliffs with a pack so I was a little worried how the size would be. With a almost full pack it was perfect! It didn't constrict my movement at all. The only downfall is that it only carries skis diagonally.

Moment M1 Alpine Ski

Moment M1 Alpine Ski

Rating for this product: 5 March 18, 2009

The M1 is the perfect ski for someone looking for an aggressive all mountain ski. It's pretty wide
so it works on powder days, but fairly stiff so it wont feel like a loose noodle at high speeds.
